Kutyba did address a few exterior styling issues, however, and mostly out of personal preference, such as color-coordinating the center filler plate of the car's trapezoidal grille. "I'm not a huge fan of the schnauzer grille," he says. "I think it's much cleaner this way." The car will also soon be fitted with an RS4 grille with gloss black trim to further enhance the look. Other exterior mods include a GMG carbon-fiber B7 hood. If you look closely, you'll notice the hood features a custom paint fade that reveals the carbon-fiber across the top section.
While the A4 S-line Quattro is a formidable car in stock trim, the GMG mods make it even better. It's a car that does everything right: accelerating, handling, braking, drivability, even down to gas mileage. Kutyba says that even with all the performance modifications he still gets close to 30 mpg on the freeway and 350 miles on a tank of gas. Now that's impressive, and considering the current price of petrol, these numbers are as significant as the car's newfound performance.
