NEUSPEED K04 Turbo Kit with NEUSPEED P-Chip ECU modification
2000 and 2001 VW 1.8T engines are fitted with a lower spec. turbo compared to the latest 2002-2003 models. That makes the earlier cars a perfect candidate for an upgrade to the Borg Warner K04 turbo that has a larger compressor side housing and wheel. The key to making everything work in harmony is NEUSPEED custom engine software.

NEUSPEED Hi-Flow Turbo Air Intake Pipe
Replaces the restrictive stock inlet pipe leading into the turbo with a NEUSPEED cast aluminum pipe that flows nearly 70% more effective on a flow bench. The result is improved throttle response and minimal turbo lag.

NEUSPEED Hi-Flow Intercooler Pipe
The factory intercooler pipe is flat like a pancake due to concerns over tire clearance. However, NEUSPEED determined that a traditional round tube pipe could be fitted with a revised bend pattern, thus flowing air more efficiently from the intercooler to the turbo.

NEUSPEED P-Flo Air Intake
Increases mid-range and high rpm horsepower and torque by eliminating the factory airbox. The factory airbox is replaced with a high-flow K&N filter and a stainless steel heat shield.
